You can craft the Air Compressor by combining aCannister, aPressure Gauge, aReinforced Hose, and aChain. Similarly, you’ll need to craft a Computation Brick if you don’t have one already. CombineSecurity Bot CPU,Circuit Boards,Tech Scrap,andCase Fanto get the Computation Brick. You can tradeTiny Gears with Marionto acquire a Reinforced Hose. Once you have all of the necessary materials, head to a crafting bench to make the Grinder.

How To Use the Grinder in Abiotic Factor
After getting your hands on the weapon, you may try it out. The Grinder fires Grinder Discs. You can get 10x Grinder Discs by combining 1x Rebar and 1x Metal Scraps. Beyond that, you can also retrieve some of the Grinder Discs that you fire at enemies, similar to crossbow bolts. This mechanic ensures that you do not burn through all of your ammo too quickly.
