Star Wars is back in Fortnite, and a lot more is going on this time. Fromfinding Lightsabersto crafting themed work benches, you’re going to be busy for hours. One new addition to Fortnite is the Imperial Roadblock, and we’ll highlight all their locations in Fortnite.
Fortnite: All Imperial Roadblock locations
At the time of publication, I’ve found aroundsix roadblockswhich seems to be the limit after researching for more. However, they are all far apart from each other, so to locate them all quickly, I suggest you find a vehicle and drive to each point. But, don’t aimlessly wander the map. Each roadblock appears in different biomes. You can use the map below to help pinpoint the locations.
Additionally, you canrecruit Chewbacca. But more on that later.

What’s in the Imperial Roadblocks
So far, I’ve found all are worth traveling to. Upon reaching one and dealing with the Stormtroopers, you may findImperial Chests. They look much different from the default wooden chests that are littered around. These chests pop out more as they are black, so you can’t miss them. ensure you look inwhite hutsfor the chests. On top of that, it seems each roadblock hasthree chests in total. So if you drop down from the bus into a roadblock and defeat the Stormtroopers, you can quickly become powerful right out the gate.
Within these chests are usually high-tier items like thenew Bowcasterand other legendary or mythic items. So you should always go for one when you’re able to.

How to recruit Chewbacca
The famed NPC might not appear at the first roadblock you reach, I didn’t see the Wookie till I hit the third roadblock I found. Once you find him, all you have to do is take care of the Stormtroopers at the checkpoint. After it’s all clear, he will automatically ally with you.
Chewbacca is equipped with a deadly Bowcaster which can make pushing an enemy even easier.
