What is Totally Advanced Resurgence in Warzone?
When I think of April Fool’s Day, I think about some innocent pranks and false announcements by big companies. This year’s no different and we have seen gems such as the Virtual Boy Pro or even the Limited Floppy Edition of Cyberpunk 2077 – including almost 100,000 diskettes. However, there are some games like Warzone that take the concept and transform it into a unique gameplay experience. That is where the Totally Advanced Resurgence playlist enters the equation.
This mode plays exactly like a normal Resurgence match, with the main difference that the laws of physics are busted and everyone will be hopping around like there is no tomorrow. This mode will last for April Fool’s Day and takes place on the Vondel map. If you have the chance, log in and attempt to understand the absurdity of the mode with a smile on your face.
Warzone: All “Wacky” modifiers and changes in Totally Advanced Resurgence
While the name would suggest it, Totally Advanced Resurgence does not feature the infamous Call of Duty “Advanced” movement at all – one could suggest that the devs are trolling their audience and themselves with the naming of this playlist. The modifiers are sillier than that and will transform a regular Resurgence match into a game of Frog Bog – that’s an Atari game reference, and yes, I’m old.
