CD Projekt Red has now release Patch 1.2 Cyberpunk 2077 which is now live on PC and consoles.

Cyberpunk 2077 Patch 1.2 Introduces Hundreds of Changes

Cyberpunk 2077Patch 1.2 is a big one, as it introduces a number of changes to the game, which is now live for both PC and consoles, with Stadia following later this week.

The patch addresses enabling raytracing for AMD graphics cards, the latest GPU drivers will be required. It will also fix the response time for police and driving problems. The list of improvements and changes also includes gameplay, quests, open world, cinematic design, graphics, audios, UI stability & performance and open world. There are also PC-specific and console-specific changes.

Previously CDPR had stated that patch 1.2. “should fix the most prominent problems gamers are facing on last-gen consoles”. It’s no secret the launch of the game was more than bumpy, especially for last-gen consoles which needed some major improvements performance-wise, with Sony going as far as toremove the game from the Playstation Storeonline due to numerous refund requests. After this patch, CDPR are expected to work on the next-gen update which is slated to release in the second half of 2021.

Patch 1.2 for Cyberpunk 2077 is now live on PC and consoles! A version for Stadia will follow later this week.

Xbox One

Whether this update will lead to the reinstatement of the game on the PS Store for last-gen is another factor. So far CD Projekt Red have not given word on when the game will return to the store. The Microsoft store still offers the game, but a disclaimer for Xbox One is still on the game’s listing.
