Sable Ward Perks Explained

Sable Ward’s Perks grant her a ton of buffs when she’s in theBasement, and her Invocation is one of the strongest in the game. She’s the perfect Survivor to showcase the newInvocationmechanic. Invocations allow Survivors to activate aSalt Circlein the Basement, gaining ahuge buffin exchange for an equally hugepenalty.

Sable’s Invocation is a perfect encapsulation of the new Invocation mechanic. She’ll becomeinjured and brokenfor the rest of the match when activating her Invocation, butall generators will instantly gain a huge amount of chargeas a result of her sacrifice. Invocations will change up the game in a huge way for Survivors and encourage riskier plays, which is exciting for Dead by Daylight.

Survivors will have to watch out for the game’s latest Killer,The Unknown, however. The Unknown specializes indeceptionanddebuffs, so risking a huge debuff for anInvocationmight not be as easy of a tradeoff as it seems. There are plenty of Killers who can make the game much harder for debuffed Survivors, and The Unknown seems to be one of the worst of them all.
