Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtreemay have focused more on its open world rather than its winding, shortcut-driven design of the past, but that’s not to say there aren’t any secrets to be found in the dungeons and castles. One such area,Belurat, has arguably the most secrets to be found, with an incredibly well-designed structure that interweaves on itself. Even its end area,Enir-Ilim, isn’t as straightforward as it seems. Obviously, because this takes place in one of the last areas in the game, there might be spoilers ahead.
Near the Start of Enir-Ilim
Enir-Ilim feels small considering its size, but there’s actually a hidden area that a lot of players will miss the first time around. This will require precise platforming to achieve its rewards, but fortunately, the rewards are worth it. Upon enteringEnir-Ilim, be it through the teleport at theChurch of the Bud, or the top ofBelurat, you will come across the first of many graces.

Golden Seeds in Elden Ring are crucial for upgrading your Sacred Flask, which replenishes health and FP.
Going through the main door, you’ll come across a number of magical beings, along with a rather round individual that dropsRevered Spirit Ash. Head upwards until you reach the first rather difficult foe of area. This masked individual wields a rather large sword, but he’s able to amplify it with lightning, doing an immense amount of damage with every swing, and can be barely staggered.
Ignore him or defeat him and progress a little further until a caster halfway up the staircase will begin casting a unique attack at you that places holy puddles beneath your feet. It’s advised to take care of this enemy before finding this secret because it can be a pain to platform while simultaneously being blasted with spells.
Roughly halfway between the sword wielder and the caster, look over the banister to find a small broken staircase you’re able to drop on. The body here will have some Fireproof Pickled Liver, but that’s not why you’re here. Head up the stairs to find broken banisters.
This will point you in the right direction as you might notice some items on some rather narrow perches below, a place you never thought could be traversed. Hop over one of the railings and jump onto a very tight ledge.
From here, slowly and methodically platform your way down without falling to your death, picking upHolyproof Pickled Liverand aSmithing Stone [8]. Continue to what seems like a dead end, but instead drop onto the tower below.
Go upward to find 10Lordsworn’s Boltand then continue downward. Drop onto the staircase all while minding the ghostly figure swinging a sword when you land. There will be aSomber Smithing Stone [5]behind him and 10Golem’s Great Arrowsat the end of the stairs.

Memory Stones are crucial for all types of builds as they increase the number of spells a player can memorize and cast.
Now for the tricky part. At the bottom of the staircase will be a broken section. You will need to leap from that broken section into a small window. It looks intimidating, and you will likely barely just land on the ledge, but it’s more than achievable. Move down and you will be treated to aScadutree Fragmentin front of the statue.
Here an elevator will bring you back up to the first grace, but ignore it for now. Go down the stairs and up the massive elevator. Fend off mages and the lightning swordsman and go down yet another elevator to lead you to the biggest reward this venture has to offer. Behind the ominously-large doors will be theEuporiaholy twinblade.
At this point, you may notice you’re back inBelurat, in the poisonous sewage system. This is a pleasant design to see even more interweaving of the two areas in such a thoughtful manner. But now that’s all that’s left in the area is fighting the final boss and exploring the rest of the world.
