What Is the Build of Giuseppe Musicco’s Ogerpon Hearthflame?
Ogerpon Hearthflame has a rather unique Grass/Fire type, shared only with Scovillain, who is heavily outclassed by it. Its typing lets it dominate other Grass-types in the VGC meta, both by dealing Fire-type STAB damage as well as having an immunity to moves like Spore and Rage Powder.
While its held item and ability are fixed to Hearthflame Mask and Mold Breaker as a result, this isn’t an issue. Ogerpon Hearthflame can Terastallize into a Fire type for a further damage boost, if its physical moves coming off its 120 Attack stat aren’t enough to ensure a KO.
