Following in the vein ofWyrdeerandHisuian Samurott, the next Legends of Arceus Pokémon to come to Pokémon Go isHisuian Typhlosion. This Typhlosion is part of the ongoingTimeless Travelsevent and will take placebeforethePokémon Go Tour: Sinnoh!stuff. This event could be your only event for a while in which you can get a Hisuian Typhlosion, so try to make it out to the raids!
Hisuian Typhlosion raids will be available fromSunday, January 14th from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm local time. These raids are3-starraids.
Hisuian Typhlosion will be released in both it normal and shiny forms. If you are lucky, you may be able to find a shiny one! Here it is in a side by side comparison:
Hisuian Typhlosionis aFire-andGhost-typePokémon. We do not know what its moveset will be, but we can expect that it should have those types of attacks. That said, I prefer to build my teams to exploitvulnerabilitiesrather than be the mostresistantmyself. As forvulnerabilities, this Typhlosion hasfive of them. It isvulnerabletoGround-, Rock-, Ghost-, Water-, and Dark-typemoves, making it extremely easy to build against.
This Typhlosion’s typing makes itsweather boostedbySunny/Clearweather conditions as well asFoggyweather conditions.
Party bonuseswill be extremely useful for these raids. They are only3-star, and it seems that this form of Typhlosion will be a relatively easy encounter based on itsvulnerabilities. You should only need a party of2 Trainersto fly through these raids.
You will want to keep this in mind when you are adjusting your team. The moves that theTyphlosioncan know will determine just how powerful it will be in either weather condition.
Recommended Teams
There are a couple of teams you can do to just play it safe until we have more information about the movesTyphlosionwill be released with. You will want to stick to thetypingsmentioned above. We recommend the following Pokémon be present in your teams:

Keep in mind when looking through this list of Pokémon, the conditions written in brackets arenot necessarybut simply recommended.ShadowandMega/PrimalPokémon do more damage than their normal counterparts, so if you have them, it is worth bringing for the extra damage.
During this event, several boosts will be going on for you. Like during the Wyrdeer and Hisuian Samurott events, you will receive up tofive additional free Raid Passesfrom spinningGym Photo Discs.
You will also be able to join moreremote raids. Your daily limit forSaturday,January 13 at 4:00 pm to Sunday, January 14th at 7:00 PST (NOT local time)will be boosted from5 Remote Raidsto20.
You will have an increased chance to encounterShiny Hisuian Typhlosion. If the shiny odds are the same as Wyrdeer and Hisuian Samurott, your odds should be increased toaround 1/10.
