Everything else is catchable across Kitakami and evolves through leveling without items or special requirements, like Trading. For ease of use, these are in Kitakami Dex order, along with their Dex numbers.

#196 Bloodmoon UrsalunaYou can’t find Bloodmoon Ursaluna in the wild. Instead, you must have 150 Pokemon registered in your Kitakami Pokedex. This will trigger a side quest with Perrin that will end with a showdown against Bloodmoon Ursaluna.
