Remnant has so many things to collect, from Relic Fragments to Mutators. And many of the best loot requires jumping through a few hoops. Hoops that, in this case, have a portable chainsaw and really want you dead. Here’s how to find the Secret Boss Ripsaw in Remnant 2.
Remnant 2: Ripsaw Secret Boss Location
Morrow Parish might feel a little like the rough side of London, but there’s more loot here than you may shake a stick at. And some of the best, more exclusive loot is hidden behind Aberrations. Aberrations are minibosses, distinguished by their large size and glowing-red aura. Ripsaw is the Aberration that lurks in Morrow Parish’s overworld, but you have to be intentional about finding him.
To find Ripsaw:
You’ll know you’re on the right path if you find yourself in an open space with these two Nun statues. Once you open the shed nearby, Ripsaw will charge at you. Like all miniboss Aberrations, Ripsaw will have two randomized modifiers. My Ripsaw had Thick Skin and Displacer. Overall, it’s not a challenging boss. He’s vulnerable while he’s revving up his saw, and he tends to move in a straight line.

Upon defeating Ripsaw, you’ll get the Striker Mutator, one Iron, a New Relic Fragment (I received Melee Damage), and two Corrupted Lumneite Crystals.
Inside the shed, you’ll also find the Asylum Third Floor Key. This is essential if you want the secret Invader Archetype.
