Mayoral Election Quest
To help Rhett win the election, Cece needs your help completing a few side quests around town. These quests involvefinding lost items, delivering messages, and helping out the villagers. Once you have completed all of the side quests, return to Cece to receive your reward: the Hylian Hood.
The Hylian Hood is part of the Hylian Armor Set, which also includes a travelers tunic and trousers. This set offers moderate defense and no apparent set bonus.
In addition to providing protection, the Hylian Hood can also be modified to be worn up or down. To do this, you must complete all side quests in the game and return to Cece in Hateno Village. She will offer to modify the hood so that it can be lifted or lowered at will.
Getting All Pieces of the Hylian Armor Set in TOTK
All the pieces of the Hylian Set provide moderate defense and can be purchased at the Armor Shop in Lookout Landing for rupees.
Completing the Hylian Armor Set can provide additional stats and abilities in the form of a Set Bonus. When all three pieces of the Hylian Armor Set are equipped, Link is grantedadditional defense and stamina bonuses.
