How to Get Starfield Shattered Space Expansion
The Shattered Space expansion isa paid add-onfor Starfield, so players must purchase the DLC before they can access it. There are three ways to get the Shattered Space add-on:
TheStarfield Premium Edition Upgradecomes with the Shattered Space expansion alongside 1,000 Creation Credits, a skin pack for gear, digital artbook, and original soundtrack. It is meant for Standard Edition orXbox Game Passplayers, but you can save five dollars by simply getting the expansion itself.
How to Access Starfield Shattered Space Expansion
Starfield will have access to the Shattered Space expansion aftercompleting One Small Step, the game’s first mission. However, Bethesda has said that players should be around level 35 before taking on the new add-on.
Players will thenreceive a distress call when grav-jumpingfor the first time after completing One Small Step. It will not occur if the player is already in a mission or encounter.
The call will lead players to a large star station calledThe Oracle. Following the path will bring players into the Shattered Space expansion. During the new mission, players will be able to return to the base game at any time.
The entirety of the add-on takes place on the planet ofVa’ruun’kai, located in the Kavnyk star system. Players will land at the capital city of Dazra to discover what has happened with the House Va’ruun government.
