Beyond Good & Evil 20th Anniversary Editionis a remaster of the classic 2003 action-adventure game from Ubisoft. It’s out now on consoles and PC and runs quite well thanks to its low requirements. While the PC version has a few graphical settings to adjust, the framerate is locked at 60 FPS even if your system can handle higher frames. Thankfully, you can unlock the FPS in Beyond Good & Evil 20th Anniversary Edition with a simple configuration edit.

That’s all you need to do, and the next time you launch Beyond Good & Evil 20th Anniversary Edition, it will run at the FPS you’ve set. Here, in our case, we have set it to 120 FPS, and you can see it’s getting a locked FPS with perfect frametime as well.
While getting the game to run at a higher framerate than 60 FPS isn’t that difficult, we really hope that the developers patch the option. Most modern systems are more than capable of running the game at a framerate higher than 60 FPS, especially PC, and even theSteam Deck.
