This update is available on all platforms. The previous hotfix addressed an issue with the Smithy where weapon tutorials were repeatedly being shown and other options were grayed out.

According to the X post, Monster Hunter Wilds Hotfix Patch Ver. 1.000.04.00 addresses the following issues:

You will need to close your game for the update to take place. Once the process is complete, you can restart the game and check the version number on the title screen.
