Bandai Namco has just issued an announcement stating that the much-awaitedNi No Kuni II: Revenant KingdomJRPG, will be delayed toMarch 23rd, 2018from its previous January 19th, 2018 release date.
Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom- Still Coming Next Year!
CEO and President of studio Level-5 Akihiro Hino, came out in a press release explaining that the reasons behind the delay were due to the team working on newly implemented modes, which required a bit more time to be ready. The president also assured that details on what they are and such will be revealed soon.
Initially,Ni No Kuni IIwas slated for a launch on November 10th of this year, but waspostponedto January, 2018 as a result of the game needing more polish. you’re able to read the full statement from Akihiro Hino on the recent delay, down below.

Hello Ni no Kuni fans,
However, with innovation and new ideas comes the need to ensure everything works together in a fun and cohesive way; this means we’ll need a bit more time to make sure the entire Ni no Kuni II experience meets our highest quality standards. So today, I would like to ask for everyone’s patience as we move Ni no Kuni II’s worldwide release date to July 28, 2025. We will be sharing more news about Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom in the coming weeks and months as we move closer to our new launch date.
