Last time on Overlord…

Yohz reports to their clan leader, Riyuro, that he finally lost to Ainz. Tensed by the situation, Riyuro visits Frost Dragon Olasird’arc to convince him to fight for them against the Dwarves. Olasird’arc agrees to help him but demands ten times his initial offer in gold. Riyuro agrees to the terms, and Olasird’arc sends his coward son Hejinmal, who surrenders to Ainz without even fighting. He also tells him about the other dragons in the kingdom in exchange for sparing his life.

Ainz orders Aura and Shalltear to take care of the Quagoas while he himself approaches the dragons. Ainz easily kills Olasird’arc but spares the lives of Hejinmal’s mothers. After killing Olasird’arc, Ainz helps Gondo in stealing the Rune Book as promised earlier. Shalltear wonders who killed the Death Knights before Aura reveals that they fell into the chasm and Ainz always knew about it. But as Ainz never spoke of it, Shalltear takes the situation seriously.

Riyuro is then given a chance to surrender, which he first denies. But when Shalltear kills his 50,000 Quagoas without effort, he finally gives up. All the dragons swear their loyalty to Ainz, except for one, and Ainz kills him when he attacks. Now that Riyuro and the dragons have sworn their loyalty, Ainz assures them they will have prosperity in his kingdom. Ainz also thanks Shalltear and Aura for everything they have done, and then a grand feast is prepared for everyone.

Ainz asks Demiurge to report on his progress with the Slane Theocracy, and he, in turn, appreciates him for everything he has done for the Empire and the Dwarven Kingdom. Demiurge believes that Ainz has formulated a plan for the next 10,000 years.
