Star Wars Outlawsgets a new patch as Ubisoft continues to refine the game following a shift in its direction. This update is not tied to the release of any DLC or gameplay changes—such as the previous stealth overhaul—but instead focuses on implementing the latest technologies for Nvidia RTX 5000 graphics cards and the PS5 Pro.
Star Wars Outlaws Patch 1.5.1
The1.5.1 updatehas a file size of3.3 GB on PC, whether downloaded viaSteam(where the game launched on Valve’s platform in November) orUbisoft Connect. The main change is the replacement ofNvidia DLSS 3 upscaling technology with the new Nvidia DLSS 4.
Players with the latestNvidia GeForce RTX 5090 or RTX 5080(as well as the upcomingRTX 5070 Ti and RTX 5070, set to launch in February) will benefit frommulti-frame generation technology. Additionally,RTX 40 series userswill experience an improvedsingle-frame generationsystem that consumes less VRAM.

Even users with olderNvidia RTX GPUswill notice enhancements, asDLSS 4incorporates anew transformer-based model. Improvements inray tracing reconstruction, super-resolution, and DLAAresult ingreater stability, more detail, and improved lighting for moving images.
