Created by Kwon Oh-seung, who garnered significant attention following the debut of his crime thrillerMidnightat the Fantasia International Film Festival, this new Netflix series is calledTrigger, and follows veteran actor Kim Nam‑gil (Song of the Bandits, The Fiery Priest) as a former sniper-turned-detective who is forced to team up with Kim Young-kwang’s (Somebody, Call It Love) slippery and unpredictable character after illegal firearms begin to floodinto South Korea.
